The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Sail” is a clean and versatile colorway of the retro running shoe. The upper features a Sail-colored open mesh base with tonal leather and plastic overlays throughout, the latter of which can be seen on the heel and in a dark tan hue on the mid-panel.
